NetEase Games and Marvel Games announced their latest collaboration, the superhero team-based PVP shooter Marvel Rivals<\/a>, with an Announce Trailer on 27th March 2024. Before its official announcement, there had been rumors of the game being an Overwatch clone, which inherently was confirmed, but with some major differences that set it apart from Blizzard’s team-based multiplayer FPS game.<\/p>\n

As it stands, the game is only confirmed for PC via Epic Games Store and Steam, with a planned Closed Alpha Test<\/a> coming to PC in May. Many interested players were anticipating confirmation of a potential console port for PlayStation and Xbox; however, according to a new report, this may be plausible.<\/p>\n

Following Marvel Rivals’ announcement, new reports, including a potential console port, have surfaced online. Miller Ross on Twitter reports<\/a> that he has been told that “Marvel Rivals is coming to consoles,” as this was supposed to be announced alongside the game’s official announcement.<\/p>\n
