How To Tame The Oasisaur in ARK Survival Ascended Scorched Earth<\/span><\/h2>\n

Finding an Oasisaur is relatively straightforward, as they typically appear in specific, well-known locations on the map and are easily identifiable due to their large size. \"ARK
To tame the Oasisaur, you’ll need to offer a fallen tames death essence to it, then defend a small dino sprite against waves of dinos until the taming bar fills, after which the Oasisaur will be tamed (Picture: YouTube \/ Teachers Game Too).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Once you’ve found an Oasisaur, the next step is to tame it. However, unlike other dinosaurs in the game, the regular taming process<\/a> for an Oasisaur is more complex and requires a specific approach. To simplify this, we’ve broken down the taming method into the following steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Select one of your tamed creatures to serve as an offering.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Eliminate the chosen tame and gather its resources using a pickaxe or hatchet.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Collect the creature’s “Death Essence.”<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Approach the Oasisaur and land on the small pool on its back, then place the Death Essence in its inventory.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. This action will summon an orb sprite with a small dinosaur on the Oasis, attracting hordes of Vultures to attack.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. The sprite has two bars: one for its health and another for the taming progress. Defend the sprite from waves of Vultures to advance the taming progress while ensuring its health doesn’t reach zero.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. It’s advisable to use ranged weapons<\/a> like shotguns or sniper rifles to fend off the Vultures effectively.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Continue defending the baby dino sprite until the taming progress reaches 100%. Once complete, the Oasisaur will be tamed.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Keep in mind that you can only tame one Oasisaur at a time, so there’s no need to repeat this process unless you lose your tamed Oasisaur. But thanks to this beast’s hefty amount of health and ability to fly around the map and escape most tough situations, your Oasisaur will be able to survive most if not all encounters with enemy dinos or players.<\/span><\/p>\n
