Like the other characters in this questline, you&#8217;ll need to complete a special quest to unlock this character. This means that you&#8217;ll need to complete the first quest, which rewards you with Lucy, before you unlock The Ghoul&#8217;s quest and then unlock The Ghoul. The quest that lets you unlock the Ghoul is called<strong> Ghoul In Black<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>To complete the Ghoul In Black quest, you&#8217;ll need to be wearing <strong>Lucy&#8217;s Vault Suit<\/strong>, which you can get after you unlock her.
