Once inside, you can head up the stairs and drop down the large hole on the other side of the fog gate&nbsp;<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">which<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;will let you drop down and face Kremmel, similar to how you dropped down this hole in Dark Souls 2 to face the Burnt Ivory King.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The fight mirrors the Burnt Ivory King&#8217;s fight in a few ways&nbsp;<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">as well<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">, but we&#8217;ll touch on that when we get to the general fight strategies below. (Picture: Shane \/ Archthrones Team)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong><em>*During his second phase, Kremmel&#8217;s name will change to &#8220;Profaned Deity&#8221; and any of the Loyce Knights&nbsp;he&#8217;s summoned will now attack him instead.*<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Flaming Mace Combo<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">: Kremmel will now use a flaming mace and swing it at you, with each swing having the initial hit of the mace, then followed by a trail of fire that&nbsp;<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">deals damage as well<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Fire Mace Explosion<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">: Kremmel will leap into the air, closing the gap with you very quickly, and then&nbsp;<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">slam<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;his mace into the ground&nbsp;<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">causing<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;a&nbsp;<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">huge<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">explosion of fire<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Fire Spit<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">: Kremmel will shoot out bursts of flame from his mouth that track you.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Fire Thrust:<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;Kremmel will&nbsp;<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">take his mace and thrust it towards you very rapidly<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">, which can&nbsp;<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">easily<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;close the gap and catch you off guard.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Fire Mace Overhead Combo<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">: Kremmel will perform a front flip that flings him towards you and slams his mace into the ground<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">,&nbsp;<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">then<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;he will repeat this up to five times if he hasn&#8217;t hit you yet.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Fire Explosion Rush<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">: Kremmel will charge up a&nbsp;<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">huge<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;burst of fire that deals AoE damage, after which he immediately shoulder tackles&nbsp;<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">you,<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;and follows it up with a kick.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Flame Grab<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">: Kremmel will grab you and, while holding you above his head&nbsp;<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">channel<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;an explosion into his hand and blow you away, dealing tons of damage.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"mcetoc_1hsaghbj93\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Kremmel, God of Struggle Boss Fight Tips<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">When it comes to<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;the fight against Kremmel, you&#8217;re in for quite a challenging time as this boss can use three&nbsp;<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">elements,<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;summon in help&nbsp;<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">and<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;his second phase is even faster and more widely damaging than the first. (Picture: Shane \/ Archthrones Team)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">When it comes to them, you have two&nbsp;<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">choices,<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;you can either kill them off (but then you won&#8217;t have help during phase 2) or keep them around while you try to put phase 1 Kremmel down (which will be a lot harder generally).&nbsp;<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">We suggest keeping at least two of them alive so that when phase two&nbsp;<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">starts<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;you can get a few free hits in on Profaned Deity Kremmel, though they will&nbsp;<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">be quickly defeated<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;by Kremmel in his second phase&nbsp;<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">which<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;requires a different approach to phase one.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">During phase 2, Kremmel is&nbsp;<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">a lot<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;more aggressive and can use wider-reaching attacks like his Fire Explosion Rush and the Fire Mace Overhead Combo.
