Among these bosses, the most formidable is Necromancer Obediah.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Challenging this boss involves navigating through certain obstacles, and defeating it presents a separate challenge altogether. If you&#8217;re seeking assistance, look no further. you up to three times in succession&nbsp;<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">but<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;with slight delays between each swing, making it hard to predict.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Blade Slam:<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;Obediah will in hand, forming a typhoon of dark damage that can easily one-shot you if&nbsp;<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">you get caught in it<\/span><span Resurrection:&nbsp;<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Obediah will raise his hands, channeled with dark energy, then quickly cross them, raising any of the skeletons in the arena (Picture: Shane \/ Archthrones Team)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2 id=\"mcetoc_1hsn2tt222\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Necromancer Obediah Boss Fight Tips<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">As you can see, Obediah has quite a wide array of moves to choose from when&nbsp;<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">it comes to<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;dealing with the Emissary.&nbsp;<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">However, the fight&nbsp;<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">itself is not complicated technically<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;to get right; it&#8217;s only hard to do mechanically.<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">This<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;is because the best way to fight Obediah is straightforward and requires no special&nbsp;<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">treatment,<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;simply attack during his cooldowns and be mindful of his Dark Magic attacks, but of course, this is easier said than done.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Before the fight against Obediah himself, when it comes to dealing with those pesky skeletons he summons, we suggest focusing on clearing the room first and avoiding getting close to Obediah as he will be&nbsp;<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">fairly<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;passive when they are active<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">, but if<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;you wander close to him, he&#8217;ll&nbsp;<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">aggro<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;towards you. (Picture: Shane \/ Archthrones Team)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The first is that Obediah can&nbsp;<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">be&nbsp;<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">parried<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">, so any&nbsp;<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">of his<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;regular melee attacks with his blade can&nbsp;<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">be parried<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;and riposted if you know what to do. If not,&nbsp;<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">then we suggest instead<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;that you focus on learning his attack timings and know when to dodge or block his attacks. You should only engage when he charges for a melee attack or when he employs long-cooldown ranged magic. (Picture: Shane \/ Archthrones Team)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Now, most of Obediah&#8217;s dark attacks deal AoE damage around him, so your regular melee distance during his normal attacks won&#8217;t do&nbsp;<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">as<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;you&#8217;ll&nbsp;<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">easily<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;get caught up in it. So the ideal strategy is to maintain a medium distance from the boss, as this allows you to bait out melee attacks (forcing him to run at you) or baiting out the Dark attacks (which you can now see coming far&nbsp;<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">more easily<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;than if you&#8217;re right in his face.)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">So the formula for this fight is quite&nbsp;<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">simple,<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;stay at medium range, and when Obediah uses a melee attack, dodge in close and counter<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">, if<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;it&#8217;s a Dark Attack, be safe and&nbsp;<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">just<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;dodge it, but if you have a window to close in, such as him using a Dark Trail or Dark Fireball, then feel free to close in and deal some damage.
