The Maiden of Anguish just can’t be put down. Yes, in Diablo 4 Season 4, she returns once again as the Echo of Andariel, a new Uber endgame boss on par with her brother Duriel.

In this guide, we explain how Diablo 4 players can find and summon Echo of Andariel, alongside the very tasty loot table on offer, featuring several Uber Uniques for players to acquire.

First up, the image above showcases the precise location of the Hanged Man’s Hall lair. Here, you will be able to summon the Echo of Andariel. To get to the location of the new endgame boss in Diablo 4 Season 4, we recommend teleporting to the town of Tarsarak and then heading East for a short trip to the Hanged Man’s Hall.

Finding the location is just a small part of summoning the Echo of Andariel. We, of course, recommend that you are kitted out in the best gear possible and reach level 100 first before attempting Echo of Andariel, as she is on par with her brother, Duriel, in terms of power, posing a great challenge.

Once your character is strong enough and you’ve reached the location, you will need to use two Pincushioned Dolls and two Sandscorched Shackles to summon Andariel. Summoning Echo of Andariel consumes the items used.

You can get Pincushoined Dolls from defeating The Beast in the Ice and Sandscorched Shackles from defeating Lord Zir. Both these endgame bosses need to be defeated in World Tier 4 difficulty level for a chance at dropping the Echo of Andariel summoning materials.

Echo of Andariel has the same loot table as her brother, Duriel. This means that you have a chance of getting an Uber Unique to drop from Echo of Andariel and an even better chance if you summon her Tormented version, which drops five times the loot.

In any case, check out the fantastic loot table for Echo of Andariel in Diablo 4 Season 4 below, sorted by class and with items marked as Uber Uniques where applicable.

That’s all the possible Unique items that can drop from Echo of Andariel. Remember, you’ll also get a tonne of random loot, mostly Legendary items when killing this exceptionally powerful boss on par with Echo of Duriel in terms of raw strength.

Learn more about Diablo 4 Season 4’s Helltides, loot systems, and the uber bosses available, including Echo of Andariel and how you can summon Tormented Echoes in the video from Blizzard below.

Summon Echo of Andariel in Diablo 4: Location & Materials

Pro tip: Once you are geared to the teeth, try to summon the Tormented Echo of Andariel, a level 200 variant that requires Stygian Stones, alongside three times the normal summoning material.
