Fans looking for the smallest crumbs of information on a new Call of Duty may have scratched the surface on something. In a recent update, the Sally Pistols were added to Call of Duty: Warzone<\/a> and, at first glance, you might think these are just some regular pistols.<\/p>\n

But on further inspection, the pistols have the name “Sally” scratched into them alongside a tally for the number 6. So why are the Sally Pistols significant? Well, they first appeared back in the original Black Ops, and with rumors already flying that the next Call of Duty will be returning to the Black Ops series, it’s hard not to put two and two together.<\/p>\n

According to Warzone player @TheOceaneOpz<\/a>, players can find the Sally Pistols on Rebirth Island. Once found, players simply need to get one kill with the  pistols to unlock the blueprint. <\/p>\n

Interestingly, in response to Oceane’s post, Treyarch replied with the “eyes” emoji, confirming the legitimacy. Treyarch have been behind Call of Duty’s Black Ops series since the original released in 2010, and are set to be involved once again with the next title. <\/p>\n

It’s rumored that Call of Duty 2024<\/a> will be set in the Gulf War, prompting the speculated title Call of Duty: Black Ops Gulf War.
