A prime example is a specific cave <\/span>that is<\/span> rich in resources, loot crates, and even an artifact for those challenging the map’s bosses.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you’re looking to acquire unique and powerful items all in one place, keep reading. Below, we’ll guide you on how to find the best loot cave on The Center map of ARK: Survival Ascended, including navigation tips and the rewards you can expect to <\/span>find<\/span> inside.<\/span><\/p>\n

ARK Survival Ascended Best Loot Cave Location | The Center<\/span><\/h2>\n

The Center features numerous cave systems offering valuable loot and items for your survival journey, but the cave located in the hidden underground biome<\/a> is arguably one of the best. The entrance to this cave is at coordinates Lat: 48.8 Long: 49.1<\/strong>. As mentioned previously, this is within the hidden underground biome, so make sure you know how to get there using our guide linked above.<\/p>\n

Once inside, you’ll need to know a few tricks, as this cave is fairly large and is considered a “puzzle cave” with maze-like paths, dead ends, and looping paths that can lead you back to the beginning if you go down the wrong way. Let’s take a few moments to discuss some general tips for navigating this loot cave and where you can find the most desirable loot.<\/p>\n

When entering the cave, it’s recommended to have a decently large tame to deal with the bats and insect-like dinos in its passageways. A T-Rex<\/a> or any tanky creature with decent damage should suffice (though it is possible to navigate on foot, it’s more challenging). Initially, the cave will be quite dark, but it opens up, allowing you to see inside and begin your journey.<\/p>\n

The first recommendation for the path to take is when you reach the first split in paths. You’ll see a body of water in front of you, a large cave opening across the water above you, and a staircase on the right. Ignore these routes and instead swim to the left side of the water and make a 180-degree turn to find another set of stairs.<\/p>\n

Now, head straight until you reach a large chamber (don’t jump down any holes along the way as they will lead you back to the beginning). In this chamber, there are two paths: one to the left and the other to the right. The path on the right will take you to a bridge, and crossing it will lead you to another chamber with a small pool of water next to a lava bed. In this room, you’ll find two red loot crates<\/a> as well as the Artifact of the Pack.<\/p>\n

Traversing this room to get the artifact requires a little parkour, so plan your route wisely and look for protruding stone structures in the walls to jump on to reach the artifact and the loot crates. Returning to the initial chamber with the two paths, taking the left path will lead you through the rest of the cave system towards the exit. Along the way, you’ll find useful items, creatures to kill and harvest resources from, and possibly another loot crate if it has spawned.<\/p>\n
