When you&#8217;re first getting started, it can be difficult to get a feel for exactly how the game works, and when you need to employ what strategies. Here are some <strong>tips and tricks for getting started in Still Wakes the Deep.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"mcetoc_1i0lc3a744\">Pick A Difficulty Mode That&#8217;s Right For You<\/h2>\n<p>Right off the bat, Still Wakes the Deep offers you <strong>two different options<\/strong> of ways to play the game. You can either choose the mode with platforming and puzzle-solving, or the story-based mode that lacks those. Before getting started, it&#8217;s a good idea to adjust your settings, as they&#8217;re usually set to the highest ones by default in order to let players fully enjoy the game. If you&#8217;re having trouble with lag, it&#8217;s a good idea to turn down Shadows and Graphics Quality before anything else.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"mcetoc_1i0lc3a746\">Memorize Your Controls<\/h2>\n<p>Still Wakes the Deep doesn&#8217;t have combat &#8211; but that doesn&#8217;t mean you don&#8217;t get to interact with the world around you. There are tons of areas where you can fall if you&#8217;re not careful, so it&#8217;s a good idea to get a feel for the game&#8217;s platforming and be prepared for it at any moment.
