You&#8217;ll find him right next to the Trash Bin. Place it on the platform in front of him to receive the Tower Connoisseur badge in Make A Cake. You will also unlock the Kart Kid Tower Heroes unit and 25 mana for your effort. This will allow you to turn your batter into a fully-made cake without going to each of the stations. Just select the type of cake you want to make from the menus and you're all set!
