This guide will explain how you can fix it.<\/p>\n<h2>How To Fix Microsoft Crowdstrike Falcon Sensor PC Crashing Solution<\/h2>\n<p>To fix the issue with Microsoft PCs crashing due to the CrowdStrike Falcon sensor, follow these steps:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Boot Windows into Safe Mode or the Windows Recovery Environment.\n<ul>\n<li>To do this, restart your PC and hold down the F8 key. This should bring up the Advanced Boot Options menu, where you should see &#8220;Safe Mode&#8221; as an option.<\/li>\n<li>You can also access Safe Mode via the Windows Recovery Environment by selecting &#8220;Repair Your Computer&#8221; and then &#8220;Troubleshoot&#8221; &gt; &#8220;Advanced options&#8221; &gt; &#8220;Startup Settings&#8221; &gt; &#8220;Restart.&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Open the Command Prompt as an Administrator by right-clicking on the Start button and selecting &#8220;Command Prompt (Admin).&#8221; Then, navigate to the C:WindowsSystem32driversCrowdStrike directory by entering the following command:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<section class=\"reco accordion-box\"><code>cd WindowsSystem32driversCrowdStrike<\/code><\/section>\n<ul>\n<li>Now, you&#8217;ll have to locate the file matching &#8220;C-00000291*.sys&#8221; and delete it.
