How to Force a Fumble in College Football 25<\/h2>\n

The first piece of the puzzle when it comes to forcing a fumble is having the right players. Especially if you’re building a team up in Dynasty Mode, your current batch of playmakers might struggle. However, creating turnovers as a smaller team is one of the best ways to pull off an upset. The College Football 25 controls<\/a> aren’t too complicated, but it takes timing and strategy to strip the ball from an opposing offense.<\/p>\n

To strip the ball in College Football 25, you need to be using a defender that’s approaching a player with the ball. As you get close, often right before the tackle makes impact though it can sometimes work right after you wrap someone up going for a tackle, press RB (on Xbox) or R1 (on PlayStation) and your selected player will reach in and try to strip the ball or punch it out.<\/p>\n

As you play on higher difficulties, the timing on this is going to get more and more challenging. On top of that, it’ll become increasingly harder to pull off if you’re using lower rated players against a much stronger team. Despite that, your best friend when it comes to forcing fumbles is persistence.<\/p>\n

You might not get the ball out on a few dozen tries, but the one that actually pulls it off will make every miss worth it. Stripping the ball from wide receivers and running backs is easiest if they’re switching hands or trying to hit something like a spin move or juke, but the best forced fumble is when you nail a strip sack.<\/p>\n

Create pressure with your defense, particularly using defensive linemen or blitzing linebackers in key moments to shed blocks and find your way to the quarterback. If you can score one big sack or tackle for loss, backing them up will force even quality quarterbacks to take a bit longer looking for a target, and this often gives you an opening for a huge hit.
