Another character seen in the segment, portrayed by Catherine O&#8217;Hara and yet to be confirmed by the network, appears either compelling to have Joel admit or come to terms with his prior actions, confronting Joel with the line &#8220;<em>Did you hurt her?<\/em>&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>While it&#8217;s confirmed that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/tv\/last-of-us-season-2-second-game\">a handful of moments from The Last of Us 2 will be adapted for the second season<\/a>, the second game will be adapted for multiple seasons, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/2024\/06\/the-last-of-us-season-2-episode-count-season-4-roadmap-1235945923\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">a Deadline interview<\/a> with showrunner Craig Mazin. &#8220;We don&#8217;t think that we&#8217;re going to be able to tell the story even within two seasons [2 and 3] because we&#8217;re taking our time and go down interesting pathways, which we did a little bit in Season 1, too.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We feel like it&#8217;s almost assuredly going to be the case that &mdash; as long as people keep watching and we can keep making more television &mdash; Season 3 will be significantly larger.
