Even when your opponent is trucking and in the lead, snatching the ball out of the air can both set you up for an easy score and demoralize their quarterback. Once you&#8217;ve got a grasp on the basic <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/madden-25\/controls-guide\">Madden 25 controls<\/a>, it&#8217;s time to start leveling up your in-game skills. Even players using the lowest difficulty setting in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/madden-25\/best-qb-style-passing-animation\">Madden 25<\/a> will need decent timing and a bit of luck to score an interception.<\/p>\n<p>The first step is learning to even notice when an interception is possible. For players who aren&#8217;t super adept at controlling the secondary, stick to one of your defensive linemen and plan to switch when the moment is right. As soon as you see the ball headed into the air, try to recognize which defender is closest to where it&#8217;s going. Sticking to the defensive line is usually the safest call, but it will lean on your player&#8217;s ratings which may or may not be strong in the secondary.<\/p>\n<p>The best way to practice this skill is to head into Mini Games, a new addition in Madden 25 thanks in part to those being included in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/ea-sports-college-football\/25-team-prestige-star-rating\">College Football 25<\/a>. Try stuff like Coverage Skeleton and DB Battle with multiple reps until you&#8217;re more regularly getting interceptions or at least swatting the ball away to deny the catch.
