As Victoria progresses the expedition in-field while her colleague, Tabitha, handles the assignments at the Control Center, there will be a few instances where the duo may encounter problems. Whether attempting to gain the trust of the Tamûra Grasslands village chief Hon’lo, trying to photograph infected creatures<\/a>, or not having enough Healing Brews<\/a> on hand, there will be some issues experienced that extend to the gameplay itself.<\/p>\n

To resolve this, the game’s developers will release patch updates that address a myriad of in-game issues, including identified bugs, visual and audio errors, and gameplay difficulties. Developer Inverge Studios announced on the Creatures of Ava social media channels on 14th August 2024 that the v1.0.1 patch update for PC is available for players to download via the Epic Games Store, GOG.com, and Steam.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n

Developer Inverge Studios has released the first post-launch patch update for their creature-saving action adventure game Creatures of Ava. According to the patch notes from its Steam page<\/a>, the latest update addresses a couple of troublesome issues plaguing players’ in-game experiences that even the Kraj can’t bite into.<\/p>\n

Additionally, Inverge Studios has detailed two key areas that will be reviewed and patched in subsequent updates<\/a>: Creature Respawns and Missing Collectibles. They’ve noted that they’ve “been working internally on solutions to improve both issues, but since these changes impact the game’s design, we need to carefully test how they affect the overall experience.”<\/em><\/p>\n
These “solutions” will be carried out and tested in the coming weeks, while a full brief of incoming balance changes, bug fixes, adjustments, and optimizations will be revealed shortly.   • They fixed an issue with Tabitha’s teleport that caused some players to have no active main quest.\n

    • If you were affected by this bug, the main quest should automatically fix itself when you load the game.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Blinder plant decals now display correctly.<\/li>\n
    • Reduced blinder plant blind time from 15 to 8 seconds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
