The anime is set just after the Survivor Trilogy, showing where the iconic Lara Croft is headed alone in the aftermath. After a precious artifact is stolen from the Croft Manor, Croft sets out on a pursuit back into the tombs. It also touches on Lara&#8217;s own emotions surrounding her situation, suggesting that we&#8217;ll get to see lots of insight from the popular character&#8217;s own perspective. While it&#8217;s not the very first look that fans have gotten at the upcoming show, it&#8217;s definitely one of the most in-depth previews available so far.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In the teaser and series, <strong>Croft is voiced by Hayley Atwell,<\/strong> who also recently <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/dead-by-daylight\/lara-croft-voice-actor\">voiced the character in Dead by Daylight<\/a>. Atwell is best known for her previous role as Agent Peggy Carter in the MCU.&nbsp;The cast of the upcoming series also includes the likes of <strong>Allen Maldonado, <\/strong>who plays Zip, and <strong>Earl Baylon<\/strong>, who was Jonah in the games. So, like the characters in the show itself, it&#8217;s looking like we&#8217;ll see a mixture of familiar faces and completely new ones among the show&#8217;s voice cast.<\/p>\n<p>Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft will be created by Legendary Television, with executive producer and writer Tasha Huo. Other executive producers include dj2 Entertainment founder Dmitri M. Johnson, Jacob Robinson with Tractor Pants, and more. Powerhouse Animation will handle the animation, featuring Brad Graeber as executive producer.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s all for the most recent sneak peek of the upcoming Lara Croft anime series. While many fans are likely hoping for an even more in-depth look at the upcoming series, they thankfully won&#8217;t have to wait too much longer.
