Fans are waiting for Crystal Dynamics’ next Tomb Raider<\/a> game, a return for Lara Croft’s more fun and confident personality. The company also did great work with Lara’s most recent reboot trilogy, so expectations are high for their next game.<\/p>\n

Some of that excitement was withheld when Embracer laid off their employees and shut down various studios. Many were understandably worried about Crystal Dynamics, but it seems that this company was able to survive these cuts.<\/p>\n

Christoph Hartmann, the head of Amazon Games, said that Crystal Dynamics’ next Tomb Raider game is largely safe from Embracer’s various decisions. In an interview with IGN<\/a> (via GamesRadar<\/a>), Hartmann says no major changes were made to the studio working on Lara Croft’s next adventure.<\/p>\n
