Since 26 August 2024, the heroes of Azeroth have been exploring the underground world of Khaz’Algar, completing Delves<\/a> and new Dungeons, testing out new builds, and facing the forces of the Nerubian empire, led by Xal’atath. That’s all very exciting, but the competitive World of Warcraft (WoW)<\/a> contingent is already max level and awaiting the launch of The War Within Season 1<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

You can join us and get hyped for the release of The War Within Season 1 with a precise launch time and date, a countdown timer, and an overview of the content, so let’s dive in!<\/p>\n

We are just going to cut to the chase right now. The War Within Season 1 will be released on 10 September 2024 at 15:00 PDT, which is the precise release date and time (global launch). For those in the UK, that’s 23:00 BST. Keep in mind that unexpected server downtime is always a possibility.<\/p>\n

Personally, I can’t wait to see the new Nerub-ar Palace raid, and which top guild will claim a world-first clear.<\/p>\n

The War Within Season 1 Content Overview<\/h2>\n

Everyone, even the Earthens, should know what a new season of WoW generally entails, and The War Within is no different. At the start of The War Within Season 1, the following content opens up.<\/p>\n

  • PvP Season 1<\/li>\n
  • Nerub-ar Palace raid (Normal & Heroic Difficulties)<\/li>\n
  • Raid Finder Wing 1 of Nerub-ar Palace<\/li>\n
  • Mythic 0 Dungeons<\/li>\n
  • Four new World Bosses (one per new zone)<\/li>\n
  • Heroic Seasonal dungeons<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    That’s a lot of new content to look forward to, especially for those with a competitive spirit who plan on pushing their limits in Mythic Dungeons or smashing others in Rated Battlegrounds or Arena PvP. <\/p>\n

    During The War Within, even more content will become available. For example, on 17 September 2024, we’ll see Mythic Nerub-ar Palace open up alongside the raid’s Story Mode, Raid Finder Wing 2, and Mythic+ Dungeons! On 24 September, Raid Finder Wing 3 will open.<\/p>\n
