This time, Warzone will see the return of one of the franchise&#8217;s most iconic maps &#8211; Verdansk.<\/p>\n<p>While the details surrounding Verdansk&#8217;s return to Warzone remain somewhat unclear, we do have some insights from the CODNext event. So sit back and relax as we guide you through everything you need to know about the return of Verdansk in Call of Duty Warzone.<\/p>\n<h2>Developers Confirm That Verdansk Will Return to Call of Duty Warzone<\/h2>\n<p>Warzone players have wondered for quite some time about <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/warzone-2\/fifakill-interview\">the return of the iconic Verdansk map<\/a>, and while rumors have been circulating for the past few months, we had no solid lead to go off until now. The developers have announced that to celebrate the battle royale&#8217;s fifth anniversary, Verdansk will indeed be making its comeback.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-twitter-extracted-i1724960245373901656=\"true\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Run it back. However, with the anniversary being celebrated around March 10, we expect the map to be released around then, especially since this date would fit nicely before Season 2 Reloaded, which aired on March 6 this year.<\/p>\n<p>Now, while we know that Verdansk is coming back&mdash;and that is exciting in and of itself&mdash;we don&rsquo;t have much information about how the map will be regarding its setting and any changes since previous iterations.
