The upcoming Bendy movie<\/a> won’t be “trendy” or “overly flashy,” <\/strong>series creator TheMeatly said on his official X\/Twitter account. Instead, the developer says he wants to make the movie a “timeless horror film that can be enjoyed for years to come and stand on its own.”<\/p>\n

The creator saying that he plans for the movie to “stand on its own” suggests that the movie may be enjoyed even without a thorough understanding of the games, similar to box office hit Five Nights at Freddy’s<\/a>. “I really want the Bendy movie to be good,” he wrote. “It needs to have scares, depth, and be taken seriously, but not too seriously.”<\/p>\n
