To be more specific, you need to jump all the way down to the bottom of the map. The NPC is located in a small alleyway near a purple sign (it reads &#8220;2024 SOUL&#8221; and is hard to miss).<\/p>\n<p>The easiest way to find the Halloween NPC is to start at the basketball court.
