Another surprising announcement Nintendo made on 9th October 2024 is that they&#8217;ll be hosting a playtesting program later this month, during which registration is set to begin shortly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"input-sentence~1\">Aptly named the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/nintendo\/reoffers-new-switch-online-free-seven-day-trial\">Nintendo Switch Online (NSO)<\/a>: Playtest Program, this testing period will see participants joining to try out a brand new and unknown feature for the subscription service on Switch consoles. However, those looking to participate in the latest playtest must meet specific requirements to be one of 10,000 players to get a first peek at the new Switch Online feature.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"input-sentence~2\">As briefly revealed in their latest social media post and later detailed in <a href=\"https:\/\/playtest-p.nintendo.com\/en-us\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">a separate developer post<\/a>, the NSO: Playtest Program begins its <strong>registration between 10th October 2024 at 8 am PT \/ 11 am ET \/ 3 pm UTC and 15th October 2024 at 7:59 am PT \/ 10:59 am ET \/ 2:59 pm UTC<\/strong> which Nintendo is looking to accept around &#8220;10,000 participants.&#8221;<\/span><span id=\"input-sentence~3\"> They&#8217;ve provided the Application Page in the aforementioned post in which <strong>the playtest begins on Nintendo Switch consoles on 23rd October 2024 at 6 pm PT \/ 9 pm ET \/ 1 am UTC on 24th October 2024 to 5th November 2024 at 4:59 pm PT \/ 7:59 pm ET \/ 11:59 pm UTC<\/strong>.<\/span><span id=\"input-sentence~4\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"rsp-embed-container\" contenteditable=\"false\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-lang=\"en_US\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">We will be performing a test related to a new feature for <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/NintendoSwitchOnline?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#NintendoSwitchOnline<\/a> on <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/NintendoSwitch?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#NintendoSwitch<\/a>.
