Rock on, Legends! It’s been 15 years following the release of acclaimed developer Double Fine Productions’ brutally awesome game Brütal Legend. The game first rocked onto consoles and PCs on 13th October 2009 and became one of the studio’s best-selling releases until they repeated that feat with Psychonauts 2<\/a> years later as the game continues to build quite the explosive community.<\/span><\/p>\n

Each year on the game’s anniversary, affectionally called Rocktober 13th, Game Director and Double Fine founder Tim Schafer jumps into some epic multiplayer sessions in Brütal Legend<\/a>, which, if players are lucky, may play alongside him. This year’s Rocktober 13th saw Schafer playing Brütal Legend on Xbox console, but he also got to reflect on the game’s 15th anniversary and provide some thoughts on the game’s sequel.<\/span><\/p>\n
