One player took this to the extreme by defeating Promised Consort Radahn with just 1 HP, 1 FP, and 1 Stamina.<\/p>\n<h2>Elden Ring Runner AinRun Defeats Promised Consort Radahn with 1 HP, 1 FP, and 1 Stamina<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.twitch.tv\/ainrun\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">AinRun<\/a>, a well-known speedrunner of Souls games, including Elden Ring, recently completed his challenge of beating Elden Ring with only 1 HP, 1 FP, and 1 Stamina. Despite facing significant challenges, AinRun managed to reach <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/elden-ring\/patch-nerfs-promised-consort-radahn\">Promised Consort Radahn<\/a> and ultimately defeat him, becoming the first player to achieve this feat.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-twitter-extracted-i1729619575059577056=\"true\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">20+ hours, 900+ deaths on Radahn. World&#8217;s first 1HP\/1FP\/1Stam run is finally over. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/GFoCFnParw\">pic.twitter.com\/GFoCFnParw<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; Ainrun (@Ainrun) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Ainrun\/status\/1848393882960040165?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">October 21, 2024<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\n<script src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" async><\/script>\n<\/p>\n<p>His struggles were very real, as he reported dying 900 times throughout the run. He explained that the biggest difficulty stemmed from not being able to chain movements together, as he had to wait for cooldowns for each action&mdash;a punishing aspect of the challenge. Nevertheless, AinRun successfully pulled it off.<\/p>\n<p>His experience with no-hit runs likely made this challenge easier, as he was already familiar with stamina management.
