For the latter <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/counter-strike-2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Counter-Strike 2 (CS2)<\/a> match, it appears Team Liquid&#8217;s Canadian IGL ran into some technical issues and also isn&#8217;t happy about the event&#8217;s catering.<\/p>\n<p>Wildcard Gaming beat Team Liquid with a score of 16-12, despite fantastic performances from Roland &#8220;ultimate&#8221; Tomkowiak and Justin &#8220;jks&#8221; Savage. Team Liquid&#8217;s IGL also <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/Twistzz\/status\/1856219860730323427\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">expressed his frustration<\/a> with the food, explaining how the catering had &#8220;almost zero&#8221; vegetarian options and that the food was labeled incorrectly.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>This is a personal issue as well that has been reported but nothing changed. Almost zero vegetarian options given for player catering. They are mislabeling the food as well, so you can never tell until you search through the food. Day 3 of this is incredibly frustrating. Serves as an early heads up for the EU teams that will come here unless they fix it before.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Keep in mind that the Shanghai Major American RMR follows a 16-Team&nbsp;Swiss System Format, where elimination and advancement matches are best-of-three (BO3), and all other matches are BO1. The tournament organizers use the Buchholz system for matchups from Round 3 to Round 5.<\/p>\n<p>The top seven teams make it to the Perfect World Shanghai Major, and the bottom nine teams are sent packing.
