More Xbox games could be coming to PlayStation, <\/strong>a recent Bloomberg interview<\/a> with Xbox chief Phil Spencer suggests – but it’s “too early” to make a decision on the next Halo quite yet.<\/p>\n

“I do not see sort of red lines in our portfolio<\/strong> that say ‘thou must not,’” Spencer said, suggesting that Microsoft is open to expanding its reach and making its popular games accessible to players across different platforms, not just on Xbox consoles or PC.<\/p>\n

Back in February, Xbox announced that four Xbox titles – Pentiment, Grounded, Sea of Thieves, and Hi-Fi RUSH – would be available on PlayStation. Spencer said that he was pleased with the results of those games’ releases, and that Microsoft will do “more of that.”<\/p>\n

Spencer’s statement could have major implications for the gaming industry as a whole, cutting down on console exclusivity. This shift also comes as Microsoft continues to push its Xbox Game Pass subscription service, which has become one of the company’s core pillars for future growth. Game Pass has expanded its availability to include not just Xbox consoles, but also PCs and even mobile devices, further broadening the reach of Microsoft’s games. <\/p>\n

The potential for Halo and other iconic titles to appear on platforms outside of the Xbox ecosystem has sparked excitement among fans, though it remains to be seen whether such a move will be made in the near future.
