This guide focuses on the Shanghai Major European<\/a> A RMR event details so you don’t miss any of the action.<\/p>\n

Over three days of competition, some of the best teams in the world will compete for spots in the main event of the Perfect World Shanghai Major<\/a>. The second-ever CS2 Major championship runs from 30 November to 15 December, in case you didn’t know.<\/p>\n

Shanghai Major EU A RMR Dates & Format<\/h2>\n

This event is an offline LAN affair in China, which runs from Sunday, 17 November until Wednesday, 20 November 2024. The format is a 16-team Swiss System, where elimination and advancement matches are best-of-three (BO3), and all other matches are best-of-one (BO1).<\/p>\n

The tournament organizers use the Buchholz system for matchups from Round 3 to Round 5. The top seven teams make it to the Perfect World Shanghai Major, and the bottom nine teams are eliminated.<\/p>\n
