The second Five Nights at Freddy’s movie hasn’t even hit theaters yet – it’s scheduled for a December 2025 release – but some leaks already suggest that the franchise may go beyond a trilogy. Matthew Lillard confirmed that he signed a three-film deal with Blumhouse, but director Emma Tammi said she’d be open to even more movies beyond that in a recent interview.

“I am not closing the door to that at all,” Tammi told SlashFilm when asked about the potential of making even more movies that explore locations like Circus Baby’s Pizza World (AKA Sister Location), or Security Breach’s Mega Pizzaplex. “I would be so excited to pursue additional films in this world… so, fingers crossed.”
