The player base of the sci-fi open-world exploration game No Man’s Sky<\/a> has had quite a tumultuous history since the game was released in August 2016. Developer Hello Games, spearheaded by Sean Murray, has had to overcome frustrated players due to the game’s difficult launch, which was marred by bugs and glitches, but the game’s journey to its current state was incredible to follow.<\/p>\n

Not only has the studio promised constant support in patching the game through subsequent updates, but it has also provided new gameplay content to retain its player base over the last eight years. In addition to new features like cross-platform play (crossplay) and cross-progression, now available to players across multiple platforms, the game has crossed a new milestone that took the developer eight years to attain.<\/p>\n
