Well, Epic Games has you covered. After debuting Fortnite OG back in Chapter 4, temporarily reviving the good ol&#8217; days of Chapter 1, the studio has decided to bring the OG mode back only <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/fortnite\/og-rumored-roll-out-separate-mode\">this time for good<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Launching on December 6, 2024, players will once again be using ATKs, Pump Shotguns, and Shopping Carts to get one up on the lobby. What makes Chapter 1&#8217;s return so special, however, is that it will feature all of the quality-of-life updates that Fortnite has received over the years.<\/p>\n<p>Expect sprints, slides, and mantles as well as max building resources and Double Pump enabled for Shotguns&#8230; At least, for now.<\/p>\n<p>Chapter 1 OG will also be releasing in Seasons, beginning with Season 1 and everything that you remember from the very early das of Fortnite. Season 1 will start from December 6 and will run up until <span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">January 31 at 2 AM ET. To begin with, Solos and Squads will be available in the Playlist, as well as Zero Build.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">As part of this new roll out, players will also be able to pick up the Fortnite OG Pass, a new Battle Pass full of retro rewards and modernized variants of classic cosmetics.<\/span><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">&nbsp;The Chapter 1 &#8211; Season 1 OG Pass can be leveled up with XP earned from playing any experience in Fortnite, and will be available until January 31, 2025, at 2 AM ET.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Missing the firefights in Pleasant Park, or the chaos of Retail Row?
