Developer Uplift Games isn’t pulling any punches with Adopt Me’s Lunar New Year<\/strong> event for Roblox enjoyers to dive into. It’s huge, really, with four new pets, a bunch of new items, and ways to get them all free.<\/p>\n

We are, of course, in the Year of the Snake, and Adopt Me is celebrating it properly with their take on the Lunar New Year. Let’s jump in and start with the event’s important dates, then pets, and how you can get all the good stuff.<\/p>\n

Adopt Me’s Lunar New Year Event Dates & Times<\/h2>\n

That’s an easy one! Adopt Me’s Lunar New Year event begins on Friday, 24 January 2025, at 16:00 UTC. Our “next update” guide<\/a> even has a countdown timer if you want to check it out.<\/p>\n

The event will run for three weeks and will end precisely on Friday, 14 February 2025, at 16:00 UTC, which is when we expect a Valentine’s Day event to begin.<\/p>\n

Adopt Me Lunar New Year Pets & Items<\/h2>\n

There are four brand-new Snake pets celebrating the Year of the Snake in Adopt Me. One is a Legendary Snake, which will be available to purchase throughout the event. Each of the three weeks, another new Snake pet will be released, for a total of four.<\/p>\n

Adopt Me players must collect Shooting Stars during the event. These Shooting Stars fall to the ground each day (real 24 hours), and players can pick them up to spend at the Lunar Vending Machine to purchase these Snakes and other items such as pet accessories and pet ware. Of course, you can also purchase more Shooting Stars with Robux.<\/p>\n

At the time of writing, that’s all we know about the Lunar New Year event in Adopt Me. It’s sure to be a whole lot of fun, and the developer did note there would be “a few surprises,” so let’s hope those red bags return!<\/p>\n
