Developer Techland is celebrating the 10th anniversary of its open-world survival horror series, Dying Light<\/a>, by recalling its incredible achievements and milestones over the ten years. Over the past decade, over 45 million players have encountered the “slow-moving zombies” throughout the post-apocalyptic open world and its day and night system, giving rise to new challenging enemies who rule the night.<\/p>\n

With a great emphasis on its advancing parkour movement and a brutal combat system, giving players a heightened sense of freedom and creativity in both combat and motion, the Dying Light series changed “the open world survival horror genre,”<\/em><\/strong> which it continues to do across both games and its forthcoming release, Dying Light: The Beast<\/a>.
