No, Fisch is far from a dead game. Since its launch, Fisch has amassed over 2.4 billion visits.<\/strong> While concurrent player counts have dipped from their late 2024 peak of 500,000+ players<\/strong> to a more stable 150,000 daily<\/strong>, this does not indicate the game is dead.<\/p>\n

The reason is simple: Roblox games naturally experience a surge at launch, followed by a decline as they reach equilibrium. Beyond the numbers, Fisch remains highly active in content updates<\/strong>, with major patches like the Mariana’s Veil<\/a> <\/strong>and Atlantis<\/a> <\/strong>updates<\/span> keeping players engaged.<\/p>\n

In addition, there have been discussions on social media, with both positive and negative takes on the game’s direction. While there has been controversy about pay-to-win (P2W) features<\/strong>, the core gameplay loop remains intact, and many players still enjoy the experience. So, no—Fisch is far from being dead.<\/p>\n

However, one of the biggest red flags is the problem-solution cycle<\/strong>, where the developers introduce a gameplay inconvenience, then sell a paid solution. For instance, many players complained about long trekking times<\/strong> exploring Mariana’s Veil—and shortly after, Glimmersuit Boots<\/strong> appeared in the store to “solve” the issue.<\/p>\n
