This news comes after it was <a href=\"https:\/\/news.xbox.com\/en-us\/2025\/03\/13\/new-copilot-for-gaming-save-time-help-get-good\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">announced by Xbox VP of Next Generation, Jason Ronald<\/a>, that 1,000 games are Xbox Play Anywhere supported titles, meaning they can play any supported titles on Xbox consoles and Windows PCs.<\/p>\n<p>Ronald iterated that following the announcement of this milestone, <em><strong>&ldquo;When we look at data for titles that are Xbox Play Anywhere enabled, these titles get 20% more gameplay because it&rsquo;s more flexible because I can play on the go.&rdquo;<\/strong><\/em> Additionally, if players own an Xbox Play Anywhere supported title, they can carry over their game saves, progress, and unlocked achievements to more devices like Windows-supporting handhelds like the ASUS ROG Ally X or Legion Go, mobile devices and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/xbox\/microsoft-xbox-cloud-gaming-launch-amazon-fire-tv-devices\">Amazon<\/a> and Samsung FireSticks.<\/p>\n<p>The ID@Xbox team hosts developers and studios from ten countries at <a href=\"https:\/\/developer.microsoft.com\/en-us\/games\/articles\/2025\/03\/gdc-2025-meet-the-id-at-xbox-developers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">their <em><strong>&#8220;annual hands-on preview event&#8221;<\/strong><\/em> at GDC 2025<\/a>, which will spotlight forthcoming independent releases like Detective Dotson, Promise Mascot Academy, and Winter Burrow.
