Additionally, once Captain Carter has been given a Power buff, cards that benefit from her Ongoing ability to buff cards in the back row of a location, including high-Powered cards such as Agamotto, Cull Obsidian, Death, Evolved Hulk Red Hulk, Skaar, and The Infinaut, low-Powered cards like The Hood and Iron Man and Valkyrie who sets card Power to three Power.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">However, as expected, she can be countered by Rogue, Red Guardian, and Enchantress, who can steal, remove, and turn off her ability while Goose prevents the card from being played at its location.
