While Nintendo has made their respective listings available for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/zelda-tears-of-the-kingdom\/worth-buying-review-roundup\">Tears of the Kingdom<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/zelda-tears-of-the-kingdom\/play-breath-of-the-wild-before\">Breath of the Wild<\/a> for owners to pre-order, they can view new game features and optimizations bundled with the respective games.<\/p>\n<p>An interesting detail was discovered in the listings for the Switch 2 editions of Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom for those who are eagle-eyed to spot it! This disclaimer reveals a concerning detail &ndash; a feature that won&#8217;t be included for both games at launch on 5th June 2025.<\/p>\n<p>The disclaimer reads, <strong><em>&#8220;Please note: this software does not support the&nbsp;Nintendo Switch Online&nbsp;paid membership&rsquo;s Save Data Cloud backup feature.&#8221;<\/em><\/strong> Furthermore, as per Eurogamer, this disclaimer doesn&#8217;t appear on the <a href=\"https:\/\/store-jp.nintendo.com\/item\/software\/D70050000056482\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Japanese<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/store-jp.nintendo.com\/item\/software\/D70010000096248\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">listings<\/a> and other Nintendo games; however, there&#8217;s no clarity on why this disclaimer applies to these Zelda games.<\/p>\n<p>This is quite a significant drawback regarding the exclusion of Cloud Saves for Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom; however, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.resetera.com\/threads\/the-nintendo-switch-2-editions-of-the-legend-of-zelda-breath-of-the-wild-and-the-legend-of-zelda-tears-of-the-kingdom-do-not-support-cloud-saves.1166340\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">users on ResetEra<\/a> alluded to the upgrade paths for both games, adding an extra save slot.
