HoYoverse has officially announced that Genshin Impact v5.6, titled “Paralogism,” is set to release on May 7. This update will bring a fresh wave of content, including a dramatic new Archon Quest, amusement park management gameplay, and the debut of two new playable characters: Escoffier and Ifa.<\/p>\n
In the latest Archon Quest, Travelers will return to Mondstadt for the Windblume Festival, only to find joy replaced by tension as Albedo faces a mysterious trial. Along with this, Venti and the Knights of Favonius, players will investigate the strange happenings with help of Dahlia and Lady Alice.<\/p>\n
This will lead to a magical courtroom showdown that ends in battle against a new Weekly Boss Challenge. <\/p>\n
Players will also be able to show their creativity in Chevalmarin Film Fantasyland in Fontaine, a new amusement park event starring Navia and guests from Natlan. From building attractions to training staff, Travelers will have to manage their park wisely to earn rewards, including the exclusive 4-star bow, Sequence of Solitude.<\/p>\n
Genshin Impact 5.6 update will also introduce Escoffier, a 5-star Cryo polearm wielder and ex-chef of Hotel Debord. Her unique combat style lets her cook up support and damage in equal measure. Joining her will be Ifa, a 4-star Anemo catalyst user from Natlan who teams up with his dinosaur companion Cacucu to heal allies and control the battlefield.<\/p>\n
Escoffier, Navia, and Ifa will be a part of the first phase of Event Wishes, with Raiden Shogun and Kinich will be featured in the second phase. Check out the trailer for the update below:<\/p>\n
