The latter saw a handful of Nintendo exclusives launching for the Switch 2 console like Donkey Kong Bananza, Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment, and Mario Kart World to name, but also gaining upgrade packs like Metroid Prime 4: Beyond, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/pokemon\/legends-z-a\">Pok&eacute;mon Legends: Z-A<\/a>, Super Mario Party Jamboree, and the two recent The Legend of Zelda releases.<\/p>\n<p>Plenty of third-party games will be heading to the console, as featured in the Partner Spotlight featurette, including <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/tony-hawk\/pro-skater-3-4-nintendo-switch-2-announcement-spongebob-squarepants-area-revealed\">Tony Hawk&#8217;s Pro Skater 3 + 4<\/a>, Split Fiction, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/hades-2\/timed-nintendo-switch-1-2-console-release-confirmed\">Hades 2<\/a>, Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade, and Cyberpunk 2077. Perhaps one of the biggest gaming releases of the last five years was confirmed to be receiving a Switch 2 port, namely FromSoftware&#8217;s Elden Ring, for which new details were made public recently.<\/p>\n<p>The Nintendo Direct presentation for the upcoming Switch 2 console in April 2025 announced plenty of information, including hardware specs and games to look forward to. While the developer has confirmed a 2025 release for Elden Ring: Tarnished Edition, players can expect a few new additions to this game, including the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/elden-ring\/shadow-of-the-erdtree-review\">Shadow of the Erdtree expansion<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The Famitsu article also revealed that the Elden Ring: Tarnished Edition will add two new classes on top of the ten starting <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/elden-ring\/all-10-elden-ring-classes\">classes<\/a> already available to players. According to the article, the Tarnished Edition adds the Knight of Ides and Heavy Knight classes, for which we have no information regarding their base stats; each will have at the start of the game.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, an appearance customization feature for our Spectral Steed Torrent will be included in the Tarnished Edition, <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/ELDENRING\/status\/1907441864749297773\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">as confirmed by FromSoftware<\/a>, which will also be available <strong><em>&#8220;as additional downloadable content for other platforms&#8221;<\/em><\/strong> as the Tarnished Pack.
