In these moments, he decided to give Palians this mysterious object, as they know what to do with it, and this begins a new side quest, Pieces of the Past, where they must investigate what this object is.<\/p>\n<p>They will need to consult with a Villager who may know more about this object, which will lead Palians to better understand the new Artifact and Relic system in-game. We delve a little deeper into this new in-game system through the Pieces of the Past quest by highlighting the objectives and providing a walkthrough to help Palians with this quest <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/palia\/closed-beta-review\">in Palia<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"mcetoc_1ir7p5c3f0\">Palia Pieces Of The Past Quest Objectives List<\/h2>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">With the object in our backpack, it&#8217;s time to figure out who in Kilima Village or Bahari Bay may know more about it. Below we have listed the quest objectives to help complete this new side quest and learn more about Artifacts along the way:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Ask around about the Artifact you found<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Meet the expert by the Elderwood Central Stables<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Complete an Artifact by donating all the pieces<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Inspect the Relic Store (1\/1)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"mcetoc_1ir7l1g3t1\">How To Complete The Pieces Of The Past Quest In Palia?<\/h2>\n<p>This quest immediately starts after completing The Elderwood quest, in which Nai&#8217;o finds a mysterious little trinket in the new area, prompting Palians to find someone more knowledgeable. This leads them back to Kilima Village, where they have to ask three Villagers, namely Caleri, Elouisa, and Jina, if they know anything about the object.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"img-figure\" contenteditable=\"false\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%;\" contenteditable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-cf.ginx.tv\/imgcdn\/-XRTDmiO8XTJf8nJw13l9VSQI11TVM3Xpk3TmkbUl1I\/rs:fill:0:0:1\/g:ce\/aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuZ2lueC50di91cGxvYWRzMi9QYWxpYS9RdWVzdHMvOTZfUGllY2VzX09mX1RoZV9QYXN0L1BhbGlhX1F1ZXN0c19QaWNlc19PZl90aGVfUGFzdF9VbWJyYWFuX0FydGlmYWN0X1NldF9TaW5ndWxhcml0eTYuanBn\" alt=\"Palia_Quests_Pices_Of_the_Past_Umbraan_Artifact_Set_Singularity6.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" loading=\"lazy\"><figcaption contenteditable=\"false\">Palians can donate the Umbraan Thing towards a set at the Umbraan Artifact alter to progress the quest. (Picture: Singularity 6 \/ Ashleigh Klein)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>While Caleri and Jina offer little information, Elouisa, as denoted by a section on Artifacts and Relics in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/palia\/patch-notes\">v0.191 patch notes<\/a>, has an idea about the object in their possession. Her ramblings may not make sense at first, so she requests to meet with them at the Elderwoods Central Stables for further discussion.<\/p>\n<p>They can meet the sisters at an area to the left of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/palia\/fast-travel\">Stable board<\/a>, where they can speak with Elouisa with a quest marker above her, and begin conversing with her. Elouisa explains that they have set up a station near the Stable where they can donate various items to complete an Artifact set, which consists of three tables, with the middle one being what they must interact with to contribute the Umbraan Thing to complete the set.<\/p>\n<p>Next is to visit the Relic Store, which has an item resembling a dreamcatcher hanging above the store, where just interacting with the store completes the Pieces of the Past quest.
