Garena Free Fire daily active players milestone<\/h2>\n
According to SEA Limited’s second-quarter report<\/a>, Garena Free Fire has reached a massive 100 million daily active players (or users) milestone. This is a mind-blowing number, to say the least, but it gets even more impressive if you look at the growth.<\/p>\n In the Q4 2019 report, Garena Free Fire hit a peak of 60 million daily active players. Then, in the Q1 2020 report, this number jumped by 20 million. Now, with the Q2 report, the daily active player number again increased by over 20 million.<\/p>\n The report explains Free Fire’s massive milestone: “Our self-developed global hit game, Free Fire, achieved a new record high of over 100 million peak daily active users and, according to App Annie, was the highest-grossing mobile game in Latin America and in Southeast Asia in the second quarter.<\/p>\n “Free Fire also ranked third globally by downloads in the mobile games category in the second quarter, according to App Annie.”<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Some other interesting stats from the second-quarter report is how free fire hit a new record in monthly paying users in July.
