Going from parody videos<\/a> to a full-fledged event, Epic has unveiled the #FreeFortnite Cup, a tournament open to all players of the battle royale with in-game rewards as well as real ones for competitors to earn.<\/p>\n

When does the #FreeFortnite Cup start?<\/h2>\n

The #FreeFortnite Cup will start next 23rd August and will last approximately four hours, according to the official rules<\/a> of the tournament. Players can see the start times for their selected region in the Compete tab when the login to Fortnite.<\/p>\n

How-to enter the #FreeFortnite Cup<\/h2>\n

Players are not required to do any formal registration, the only stipulation set in place is simply to be on time and select the #FreeFortnite Cup playlist to start competing in the event.<\/p>\n

Al players across all devices, including Android and iOS, can participate in the #FreeFortnite Cup.<\/p>\n

The format is pretty straightforward, as players will have a maximum of 12 games in Solos mode to earn the most amount of points to qualify for one of the hundreds of rewards Epic has in store.<\/p>\n
