And is there any caveats? You can do this by following the steps below.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>On Pok&eacute;mon Go, tap the Poke Ball icon and select &lsquo;Settings&rsquo;<\/li>\n<li>In &lsquo;Settings&rsquo;, select &lsquo;Pok&eacute;mon Home&rsquo; and sign in<\/li>\n<li>Log into your Nintendo Account and make sure the Player Name and Support ID match those for your Pok&eacute;mon Home account<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>How to transfer<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Before you transfer, it&rsquo;s important to note Pok&eacute;mon can only be transferred from Pok&eacute;mon GO to Pok&eacute;mon Home and cannot be returned to Pok&eacute;mon GO.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This feature will also only be initially available to trainers who have hit level 40, although Niantic is set to roll it out to other players in the near future.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-cf.ginx.tv\/imgcdn\/bX1NyGu_0oxAnZJSb8FHPcpUAVaDGZZfKM_Yi9ptAF0\/rs:fill:0:0:1\/g:ce\/aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuZ2lueC50di91cGxvYWRzL3Bva2Vtb25fZ29fdHJhbnNwb3J0ZXJfbWFpbl9uZXcuanBn\" alt=\"pokemon_go_transporter_main_new\" width=\"199\" height=\"430\" loading=\"lazy\"><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Here&#8217;s the Go Transporter (Picture: Niantic)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Now your device is connected to Pok&eacute;mon Home, follow the below steps to transfer Pok&eacute;mon.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In Pok&eacute;mon GO, tap the Poke Ball icon and select &lsquo;Settings&rsquo;<\/li>\n<li>In &lsquo;Settings&rsquo;, select Pok&eacute;mon Home and sign in to your Nintendo Account<\/li>\n<li>Select &lsquo;Send Pok&eacute;mon&rsquo;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>On the GO Transporter Energy page, select &ldquo;Continue&rdquo; (noting how long it&rsquo;ll take to recharge)<\/li>\n<li>Select the Pok&eacute;mon you want to transfer and hit &lsquo;Next&rsquo;<\/li>\n<li>You&rsquo;ll then be shown how much energy the transfer will cost.
