Whether it’s in the playoffs or on the international stage. In that moment, we can show him what he taught us and what we’ve learned since.” <\/p>\n Cain, previously a top-tier support in the LCK for NaJin Sword, transitioned into a coaching role during the Summer split of 2015. Despite not finding immediate success, he would move to TL in 2017 and led the organization to a “historic four-peat” that saw his streak of domestic championship victories between Spring 2018 and Summer 2019.<\/p>\n Despite crumbling in the first half of 2020<\/a> in part due to the underperformance of Doublelift, who would later part ways with the team to play for TSM<\/a>, Cain would bring in TL Academy AD Carry Edward “Tactical” Ra to a first-place regular season finish, a third-place playoff finish, and a spot at Worlds where they went 1-1 with semi-finalist G2 Esports and finalist Suning Gaming. <\/p>\n\n
