The coveted Game of the Year award will be a close battle between Animal Crossing: New Horizons, Hades, Ghost of Tsushima, Final Fantasy VII Remake, The Last of Us Part 2 and Doom Eternal.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Call of Duty League also earned some representation in Best Esports Athlete, which will see Ian &#8220;Crimsix&#8221; Porter, Anthony &#8220;Shotzzy&#8221; Cuevas-Castro, Heo &#8220;Showmaker&#8221; Su, Kim &#8220;Canyon&#8221; Geon-bu and Matthieu &ldquo;ZywOo&rdquo; Herbaut all face-off.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Voting is open on their <a href=\"https:\/\/thegameawards.com\/nominees\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">official website<\/a> for fans to help choose the winner.
