By now, anyone who’s been browsing YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, or practically any social media platform should have somewhat heard of Andrew Tate. Some know him as a former kickboxer, others recognize him for the controversial remarks he’s stated online, and most know him as an influencer who’s recently been trending.
But what’s for sure is that Tate’s opinions have landed him on the hot seat for months. On 28th July 2022, Tate joined the YouTube channel FULL SEND PODCAST to discuss various topics, including his recent take where he revealed why he wouldn’t ever get married.
Andrew Tate Shares His Take On Marriage
It’s safe to assume that Andrew Tate is one of the most trending and famous influencers at this moment. From kickboxing to influencing, Tate’s been in the limelight for most of his adult life. He only recently started trending globally over his “misogynistic” and “anti-women” rants and some of his discussions with other personalities.
In one of the more recent podcasts Tate featured, he discussed various topics like how the influencer makes money, whether he’s scammed people, and if he’s dated Kylie Jenner. But one of the more intriguing takes throughout the podcast was his opinion on marriage.
During the podcast, he was asked by the podcast’s hosts about marriage, and Tate shared his take about marriage and how it only meant something to “women.” He stated. “The idea of getting married [...] is completely and utterly fruitless.”
When asked about his thoughts on marriage, Tate stated. “I’d never get married, no. I don’t see the tactical advantage to getting married.” He added. “If I decided to be loyal to a woman and be with her forever. That’s fine. If I decided to have children with a woman. That’s fine. If I decided to have a house with a woman and live with her. Sure possible, it’s not optimal.”

Tate followed those statements by stating. "The idea of getting married in and of itself is completely and utterly fruitless. I think it's for the woman. The women enjoy it. But women enjoy lots of things when they don't have to pay for it or organize anything."
Proceeding those remarks, Tate discussed a little bit more about his stance against marriage. He stated how he didn't enjoy how marriage allowed the government to get "involved." Tate also said marriage to be something that mainly benefits women as "no man wants to get married."
Tate concluded his answer by stating there's no real "reason" to get married besides the fact that men are "in a degree, [insecure]" of their partners possibly cheating, and marriage is a way to feel less of that and secure their relationship with labels and "documents."
