Armored Core 6 Coral Generators: How To Get & Use

The Coral Generators are one of the core parts of your mech that you can use in Armored Core VI to get EN recharge, EN load, and other such stat bonuses. 

You can use the Coral Generator for an aggressive playstyle to take out your opponents in a few seconds. Even though the Coral Generator does support aggressive builds, they come with a prolonged recharge time. So, if you prefer mobility, the Coral Generator might not be the right part.  

But, for players ready for the mobility trade-off for a high EN recharge, load, and such benefits, here's a guide on getting the Coral Generator in Armored Core VI. 

How To Get Coral Generators In Armored Core VI

In Armored Core 6, you can get a Coral Generator "IA-CO1G AORTA" in Chapter 3, "Mission 26: Survey the Uninhabited Floating City." During the mission, you get the objective to shut down all ECM Fog control devices. 

When you are near the second ECM Fog control device, look on top of the nearby building, and you will find the Coral Generator. Meanwhile, you can get another Coral Generator in Armored Core VI by reaching Hunter Rank 8. 

To ease your search for the AORTA Coral Generator, we recommend using Head parts with a more extensive scan range or covering the area northwest of the wide circular structure. 

How To Use Coral Generator In Armored Core VI 

Once you have obtained the Coral Generator, complete the mission to unlock it. So, exiting the mission after getting the Coral Generator is not an option.

That being said, you can follow the below steps to equip the respective Coral Generators in Armored Core VI:

1. Open Armored Core VI 
2. Select AC Design in the Garage menu 
3. Choose the Assembly option 
4. Navigate to the Generator section and select it 
5. Now, choose the Coral Generator, the IA-CO1G AORTA, or the other one 

Doing so will switch your mech's generator part to the chosen Coral Generator. Afterward, you can head into a mission via the 'Sortie' option or try out the new generator in Arena.
