It took a very long time, but we finally got the first trailer for Grand Theft Auto 6. In that trailer, we got our first look at how Vice City will look like in GTA 6. We took a peek at a variety of different characters, the views that we will see in the game, and a lot more. This trailer showed us the sights of GTA 6 and the internet is excited about it.
Of course, now that we got the first trailer, we want another as we did not get too much information about the game itself other than what it will look like when it launches in 2025. So, when should we expect the second trailer for GTA 6? Here, we will go over when that should happen.
When Is Trailer 2 For Grand Theft Auto 6?
To figure out when the second trailer for GTA 6 will come out, we can look back at Grand Theft Auto 5. GTA 5 had its first trailer launch back on November 2, 2011. Back then, Rockstar did not announce a release date for GTA 5. But for the GTA 6 trailer, we got full confirmation that the game will be launching sometime in 2025.
With this knowledge and based on what happened with GTA 5, it is very likely that we will not see another GTA 6 trailer until November 2024. Rockstar has been very consistent with its launches, and this would track with what we have seen in the past. If our guess is correct, it will be a long road until the next GTA trailer. But until then, we might get some press releases and screenshots.
What Can We Expect From Trailer 2 Of GTA 6?
The first trailer of GTA 5 and GTA 6 were pretty similar. It got players ready for the setting of the game. The next trailer will more than likely be a story trailer. We will get a deeper dive into the motivation of the main two characters to see why they have turned to a life of crime. The details will likely not be fully fleshed out to keep us guessing.
We might get introduced to some of the other main characters of the game as well. Perhaps we will see some scenes of some of the characters who will give us some missions. But Rockstar may do the unthinkable and give us a gameplay trailer as well. Or maybe a full-character trailer. Hopefully, we will get trailer 2 sooner rather than later.
