We detail how players can find the other entrance to the Spinebreak facility and locate a text log to retrieve the key code to unlock the door.
How to find the Spinebreak key code in Horizon Forbidden West?

Horizon Forbidden West's "Breaking Even" will task players in retrieving a key code needed in their progression during this side quest. This specific key code will unlock a bunker door that was first discovered during the conclusion of "The Burning Blooms" side quest.

During this side quest, players will have to navigate their way through the canyon to find the entrance, granting them access to the facility. Here's how players can obtain the Spinebreak key code to unlock the Spinebreak bunker door in Horizon Forbidden West.

How to obtain the Spinebreak key code in Horizon Forbidden West?

The Spinebreak will first be discovered during "The Burning Blooms" side quest; however, for "Breaking Even", they'll be entering the facility on the opposite side. Upon entering the cave, locate a blocked passage to the left that requires the Firegleam Ignitor attachment to blast away the wall.

Look for a crate with a vent covering on the right side of a room and use the Pullcaster to tug the vent cover off. Enter through the opening and head down the passage where you can find a datapoint resting on a rock on the left by using the Focus skill.

Continue down the passage taking a right turn from the datapoint where they'll enter an open space with Burrowers prowling the area. Eliminate the machines, harvest the parts, and loot the supply boxes found in this open space.

Scan the area using Focus, where two blue metal bars are located on the upper ledge of this open space. Using the Pullcaster to tug on the metal bars to bring down some rubble, clearing an opening to a tunnel.

This sets off the tunnel's collapse, for which they'll need to exit the cave to reach a canyon where they'll encounter a Rockbreaker. Evade or defeat the Rockbreaker as they cross the canyon to find the Spinebreak entrance and enter the facility through a small hole.

They'll enter a small chamber where there are some crates to loot; however, there's a datapoint in the adjacent room on the right. This data point contains "The Other Side" text log where the code for the Spinebreak door can be found.

The key code for the Spinebreak door is 2054.

The door that requires the key code is behind a false wall that can be blasted open using the Fire Hunter Bow and explosive barrels nearby. Make your way through the exploded opening, which will bring you to the other entrance where "The Burning Blooms" side quest ended.

The terminal is located on the tunnel's right side, where they can input the key code and unlock the door. They can continue to progress through the side quest by entering the room behind the locked door.

And that's how players can obtain the Spinebreak key code for the "Breaking Even" side quest. We want to thank the YouTube channel Trophygamers for the complete walkthrough on getting the key code in Horizon Forbidden West.
