New World Prime rewards: How to claim Pirate Pack loot

Amazon's MMO, New World, is all the rage and it appears that, over 10 years after its release, World of Warcraft, has finally got some real competition, with millions of players exploring Aeternum every day since the game's release.

One factor of New World that has caught the imagination is its extensive crafting system which gives players the ability to make a wide variety of armour, weapons, and other items.

Players can also customise them further with skins, almost all of which involve players forking over real-cash in the in-game store.

But thankfully, Twitch, which is also owned by Amazon, has been running Twitch drops for the game which gives all players a chance of some free cosmetics. The newest set is out and if you enjoying plundering you will find plenty to like.

That is because the latest pack is Pirate-themed, and as long as you have Prime Gaming you can get a pack that has outfit and weapon skins.

How to get New World Pirate Pack Prime loot

Pirate Pack #1 and #2 skin sets are available for anyone subscribed to Prime Gaming, which can be done via Amazon Prime.

Previously known as Twitch Prime, Prime Gaming is a program that offers gamers various rewards across many popular titles for a monthly subscription, and even a number of free games each month.

The cost of this subscription is €5.99 per month, but if you are a first-time subscriber, you can try a 7-day free trial and claim all rewards for free!

And not just this New World drops, but all currently available rewards for all included games. There are free items for many popular games, and even a lot of free games as well!

Here's how to subscribe and claim your free rewards:

1. Head to the Prime Gaming website and click select "Try Free".
2. Link your Amazon Prime membership to your Twitch account if you haven't already.
3. Link your Steam and Prime Gaming accounts here.
4. Now open this page and click on the "Claim" button above the Pirate Pack images.
5. There are two Pirate Packs, make sure to claim both of them.
6. Launch or restart New World and your new skin will be ready for use.
