To start farming Raid Coins in ALS, you must complete the first three Marines Fort Raid stages, unlocking Stage 4. Only Stages 4, 5, and 6 can drop Raid Coins. The other caveat is that you must complete the stage for a CHANCE at getting Raid Coins as a reward; they are not guaranteed.
